I am very happy with this vendor. They sent the wrong label, but once informed they sent the correct label without asking me to return the incorrect label. They didn't ask for it but I did return it once I received the correct label. Excellent customer service.

I have been using the casio label maker and it ranks as one of the best label makers out there. it functions much like a computer keyboard(Except smaller) with only a few minor differencees. I don't need to make anything with symbols so it has been relatively easy to use. the only thing that bothers me is that the sceen is smaller than i would have liked to have had, although on the side there are clearly market parts for when afunction is shown as a dot, then you can use it for say shift to capatilize ...
